We may gather additional information from third parties, such as advertisers, games or services you use, or social media platforms, provided you’ve granted access. By linking your LFG.TV account with these services or accessing them through social media, you authorize us to collect and use this data in line with this Privacy Notice. We may also obtain information from third-party services related to your usage of their content. We use this external data to enhance your experience, improve LFG.TV Services, and personalize analytics and advertising. If we combine third-party information with data we collect from LFG.TV, we will treat the merged information as outlined in this Privacy Notice.
How LFG.TV Uses Personal Information
LFG.TV uses the information we collect to operate, maintain, enhance, and develop LFG.TV, including adding new features and services. We also use it to provide security for our websites, products, software, applications, and live (in-person) events; manage relationships with LFG.TV account holders; process payments; improve user experience through content recommendations and tailored advertisements; allow participation in content comments, contests, or rewards programs; prevent fraud and abuse; and understand usage trends.
We may use your email address and/or phone number to communicate with you, including notifying you about major updates to LFG.TV, customer service matters, or contacting you about any content you’ve posted or downloaded. If you no longer wish to receive notifications via phone, simply reply "STOP" to any text message from us. However, we may still send you essential transactional notifications.

Third-Party Services and Websites
LFG.TV may contain links to third-party websites or services. Please be aware that these third-party sites are not governed by our Privacy Notice, and we recommend reviewing their privacy policies to understand their data practices.
If you connect your LFG.TV account to a third-party service (Lumia, or Stream Elements), you are giving us permission to share or allow access to information on your behalf, such as your username, connection origin, and relevant usage or diagnostic data. We may also share details about your activities on LFG.TV, such as the content you view or interact with, with third parties like app developers and publishers. This sharing may be used to facilitate purchases or digital rewards, such as in-stream items.
Extensions and Applications
The LFG.TV Extensions program enables creators to integrate interactive, custom third-party content and applications on their channel pages.
When a viewer interacts with an Extension or the channel featuring the Extension, the developer of the Extension may collect viewer information. LFG.TV does not share your username or ID with third-party Extension developers unless you click “Grant Access” within the Extension or install the Extension on your channel. You are responsible for any information you voluntarily provide directly to the developer, such as through a web form or by visiting the developer’s website.
In addition to Extensions, developers may also create Applications that are not hosted on LFG.TV or its channel pages. We encourage you to review the privacy policy posted by the developer on the Application’s website as it may provide additional information about their data practices.
Advertisers and Analytics Providers
LFG.TV may utilize third-party web analytics services to help us analyze how users interact with LFG.TV. These service providers use various tracking technologies, including cookies, to collect information about your use on LFG.TV. This information may be shared directly with these service providers or processed by them to assess your use of LFG.TV.
Additionally, LFG.TV may collaborate with third-party ad networks, advertisers, and analytics providers to target and measure the performance of ads on LFG.TV, as well as on other websites and services. Do Not Track
"Do Not Track" (DNT) is a privacy setting that users can enable in certain web browsers to signal to websites that they do not wish to have their activity tracked over time or across different sites and online services. LFG.TV is committed to providing meaningful choices about the information collected for third-party purposes, which is why we offer opt-out links from organizations such as the Network Advertising Initiative, Your Online Choices, and the Digital Advertising Alliance. However, LFG.TV does not currently respond to browser-initiated DNT signals.
Data Security
LFG.TV employs a variety of managerial, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the integrity and security of your information. Once you request account closure and deletion of your profile information, we will remove all data unless legally required or permitted to retain it.
Children’s Privacy
IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OLD, YOU MAY NOT USE OR ACCESS LFG.TV IN ANY MANNER.
Protecting the privacy of children is of utmost importance. LFG.TV does not knowingly collect or maintain personal information from individuals under 13 years of age, in compliance with the United States Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we discover that we have collected such information, we will take immediate steps to delete it.
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a child under 13 who has an account on LFG.TV, please contact Account Support to request the termination of the child’s account and the deletion of their personal information.
For residents of jurisdictions where data processing is based on consent, LFG.TV will not process personal information of users under the age of consent established by applicable data protection laws. If we learn that we have inadvertently processed data of such users, we will halt processing and take appropriate measures to remove such information.
Merger or Sale
In the event that LFG.TV or any of its assets related to LFG.TVis acquired by or merged with a third-party entity, or in the case of a change of ownership, we reserve the right to transfer or assign your information to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction, including during the due diligence process.

Information collected by LFG.TV may be stored and processed in your region, the United States (in our main data centers), or other locations where LFG.TV or its affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, or service providers operate. LFG.TV reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Privacy Notice at any time to reflect changes in LFG.TV or to comply with updated laws. We will not materially alter our policies and practices to reduce the protections for personal information collected in the past under a previous version of this Privacy Notice without the consent of the individuals concerned.
